Return Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

Return Window:
Returns must be requested within 7–14 days of delivery (you can choose 7 or 14 based on your preference).

Eligibility:
To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused and in original condition
  • Must be returned with original packaging and tags intact
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation) is required

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Sale/discounted items (if marked final sale)
  • Custom-made or personalized products
  • Items damaged due to customer misuse

Return Shipping:

  • If the return is due to a defective or wrong item, we will cover return shipping
  • For all other returns, the customer bears return shipping cost

Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • You will be notified of approval or rejection of your refund
  • If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method

Refund Timeline:
Refunds are usually processed within 5–7 business days after approval. Bank processing times may vary.

Partial Refunds (if applicable):

  • Items not in original condition
  • Items returned with missing parts (not due to our error)
  • Late return requests beyond eligible window

Cancellation Policy

We allow order cancellations under specific conditions:

Before Shipping:
Orders can be cancelled within 12–24 hours of placing the order, or before they are shipped.

After Shipping:
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may initiate a return after delivery.
